Connection with certified dental clinics in Albania
Support in travel organization
Assistance during your stay in Albania
Post-treatment follow-up

Important Note: KLDA Technologies OÜ acts as an intermediary and coordinator. Dental treatments are performed directly by partner clinics in Albania, which are responsible for the quality of medical care provided.

3. Booking and Deposit

To confirm a booking:

A deposit is required via bank transfer or credit card (Stripe)
The deposit serves to guarantee the booking and cover coordination costs
The deposit amount is communicated before confirmation
The balance is paid directly to the clinic in Albania

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

To request cancellation or refund:

Cancellation within 24 hours of payment: Full refund of deposit
Cancellation after 24 hours: Partial refund at discretion, based on costs already incurred
No-show: The deposit is non-refundable

5. User Obligations

The user agrees to:

Provide accurate and complete information when requesting a quote
Promptly communicate any relevant medical conditions
Upload authentic documents (X-rays, previous quotes)

6. Limitations of Liability

KLDA Technologies OÜ:

Is not responsible for the quality of medical treatments performed by partner clinics
Does not provide medical advice - all therapeutic decisions are made by the clinics' dentists
Is not responsible for delays or cancellations of flights/transport not booked through our service
Is committed to selecting only certified clinics with high quality standards

7. Partner Clinic Warranties

Partner clinics offer treatment warranties according to their specific terms. In general:

Dental implants: 5 to 10 year warranty
Crowns and bridges: 2 to 5 year warranty
Warranties are subject to compliance with post-treatment instructions

8. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, logos, graphics) is the property of KLDA Technologies OÜ or their respective owners and is protected by copyright laws. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
