A dedicated contact reads your case and replies to you personally: no call centre, no template answer. From a single dental implant to a full-arch rehabilitation, every case starts the same way.
Before you book anything — and before you travel — you speak by video with the doctor who would actually treat you, not a salesperson. The doctor reviews your scans and explains what your case likely involves. This call is an orientation and an explanation of the possibilities; it is never a binding diagnosis — that can only follow an in-person examination at the clinic.

After your free videocall with the doctor who would treat you, you receive a written quote at a guaranteed price. It is itemised line by line and written in English, and it names the treatment, the materials and the warranty. It reaches you in writing, before any commitment, and requesting it is free. The number on that document is the number you pay — it does not move on arrival.
Each partner clinic publishes its own price list and sends the complete list by email on request — no phone number needed.
Once you decide to go ahead, we arrange the trip with you: flight options, airport transfer and your stay in Tirana, organised around the clinic's schedule so treatment days and rest days fit together. You always know where you need to be, and when.
On arrival you are personally introduced at the clinic — a face, not a reception desk. Your dedicated contact remains reachable throughout your stay, and language assistance is included: consultations are translated so nothing important is lost between you and the doctor.
The journey does not end at the airport. We follow up with you remotely, in English, through recovery and the warranty years — checking healing, relaying questions to your doctor, and coordinating anything the warranty covers.
We deliberately limit the number of patients we follow at any one time. It varies with the treatment: shorter stays for crowns and veneers, several days for implant work, and some treatments need a second visit after healing. The exact schedule is set by the treating doctor after reviewing your case — never by a brochure.
